What Is REIGNITE?
REIGNITE is a 12-week peer group coaching experience for burned-out professionals who are ready to stop surviving and start building a life that fits who they actually are.
Led by Dr. Tracy Jackson—a board-certified pain and addiction physician, former Vanderbilt professor, and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)—REIGNITE follows the TRUST Pathway™, an evidence-based, values-aligned, and custom-tailored framework she developed, built on pain neuroscience, behavioral psychology, and health coaching.
Each Week Includes:

Values as Your North Star. The values comparison exercise. Most burned-out professionals can recite their job description but have not consider how aspects of their work conflict or enhance core values. This is the most important session of the program.

The Values Gap Is the Burnout Gap. Mapping your values against the other systems you navigate outside of work (financial, relationship, identity, play)—and understanding why your body has been making sense all along.

The Power of Subtraction. Healing often starts by doing less, not more. Identifying what is optional and repeatedly activating your nervous system.

Changing the Story. When removal isn’t possible, reframing changes your brain’s threat calculation. The neuroscience of language, meaning, and interpretation.
